I recently saw some activity on this site that has not been developed for years. It’s a 2500 square-foot lot and in looking at the permits that have been pulled. It appears that they are going to put up  a four unit townhouse.

Curious, if you have any inside as to zoning in this area. Those units are going to be right in the middle of single-family homes and do not seem to fit with the neighborhood dynamic.

Also never saw any kind of public comment posting for this property.

Wondering if you’ve encountered anything like this as neighborhood chair.
