Good afternoon,

Here are a few reminders about the dinner.

We will gather at 6:00 p.m. at Lan Su garden.  Jesse and Gary will be at the gate to greet you and to guide you to the two rooms in the garden that have been set aside.  There is a glass of prosecco or a lemonade mixture for all of you.  Your name tags can be picked up at the drinks table.  Then you can wander the garden until about 6:30 when Lan Su will do a presentation. There will be other tourists in the garden.  At 7 we walk over to the Golden Horse.

Parking is at the Prosper building underneath.  It is kitty corner to the garden. Show your invite on your phone or the paper one.

There will be a jazz trio at the restaurant to provide music.  Once we are all there, Jesse will welcome you and we can introduce ourselves.  There are 8 tables of 8.  You will get a table assignment in a different email.  Go to that table number and sit down with your fellow neighbors.  Dinner will be from about 7:30 to 8:15.  Then we will have a few neighborhood presentations.  Those presentations will be followed by acknowledgment of groups who have worked successfully to develop the coalition over the last two years.

After that we can mingle and talk with each other.  We have the restaurant until 9:30.  The city councilors will be holding a council meeting during our gathering and cannot come.
