Thank you to Eric and Stan who submitted corrections/additions to the draft minutes that were sent out on February 22^nd. Those minutes have been revised accordingly.

We have attached the full set of minutes that still need to be approved with the revised January and February minutes replacing the previous drafts. These are all the minutes that will be up for approval at the April meeting.
