Dear NW Examiner,
 
I am writing to advise the NW Examiner that due to Mr. Classen's non-response to our numerous attempts to initiate a mediation meeting with him over the past three weeks, the amended Resolution has been nullified and the Resolution is passed as originally presented.  The pertinent section of the Resolution states:
 
"Furthermore, in consideration of Allan Classen’s continuing one sided and unsubstantiated criticism of NWNW and, more importantly, the singling out of a transgender minority staff member who was diligently performing their duties, thus creating an unsafe and hostile workplace environment, we herewith censure Mr. Classen for those actions.
NWNW has a fiduciary and ethical duty to protect its staff from an unsafe environment; therefore, be it resolved from this time forward, Allan Classen is not welcome to attend future meetings of NWNW and will be barred from doing so, and further NWNW will cease doing business with the Northwest Examiner."
 
Please be advised that from this point forward, Mr. Classen is not eligible to attend meetings of NWNW and NWNW will cease doing business with the NW Examiner upon completion of any legal obligations currently in existence.  It should also be noted that NW Examiner is welcome to send an alternate to our NWNW Board meetings in Mr. Classen's stead, as the Resolution only addresses action toward Mr. Classen.
