Dear friends and colleagues,

It has become clear to me that I have been trying to juggle too many overlapping obligations, taking a toll on my health and family. Therefore, I have made the difficult decision to step down as SWHRL representative to NWNW.  Joyce Allegra del Rosario has generously agreed to take over the role. I know that she will do a great job of representing both SWHRL and NWNW.
