Continue to distribute a draft of the minutes, incorporate any needed changes that are requested m
Resend with changes before meeting (I will endeavor to address it properly next time).

The President will say:
The minutes have been distributed——— If there are no further corrections——-the minutes are approved as distributed.

No vote is needed
