Good morning,

I am working with Jesse to find a common day in the month to hold both our finance meeting and the executive committee. That means they would be consecutive meetings.

It has been suggested that it be either the third Tuesday or Wednesday of the month for both meetings. And they would be in the afternoon. Those days would give us sufficient time to give atleast 7 days notice and an agenda. There will be some aberrations around the holidays.

Would you be kind enough to send me your preference? Tuesday or Wednesday as your first choice. I will compile the results and Jesse can share the best choice. It is especially important to know what works for our board members who travel for work.
